QC is the one real protection the agent model gives you: the item is photographed in the warehouse before it ships internationally, and that is the moment to accept, ask for more shots, or walk away.
What to actually look at, in order: logo and print edges at full zoom, stitching along one straight seam, hardware finish, and the interior label. A seller who will not take an extra photo of those four things is telling you something.
