Searching for the "best" Oopbuy spreadsheet gets you a wall of Google Sheets links, Discord invites and sites all claiming to be the one. None of them tell you how to judge. So here are the five checks that actually separate a working list from a dead one — apply them to this site too, not just to the others.

1. Are the links alive?

This is the fastest test and the one most lists fail. Open five random items. If two or more lead to removed listings, the list is stale — and a stale list is worse than no list, because you waste time before finding out. Community Google Sheets are the usual offenders: someone builds one in a burst of enthusiasm, then stops updating it three months later while it keeps circulating.

2. Are the prices real, or from last year?

Seller prices move. A list that hardcoded prices at build time and never refreshed them will quote you numbers that no longer exist. 3. Are there QC photos, or just catalogue renders?

Catalogue renders are the seller's marketing images — every listing has them and they tell you nothing. Warehouse QC photos show the actual item. A list built around QC photos is doing the part that matters; one built around renders is just a directory of pictures you could have found yourself.

4. Does it tell you what to check, or only what to buy?

A list that says "here are 500 items" is a catalogue. A list that says "here are 500 items, and on this category the thing to inspect is the hinge / the loft / the stitch spacing" is a guide. The second one saves you money on the order you don't place.

5. Is it honest about what it cannot promise?

Any list claiming guaranteed authenticity, guaranteed batches, or "1:1 identical" is selling you a feeling. Nobody in this channel can promise those things, because the agent buys from third-party sellers and quality varies item by item. Lists that admit this are more useful than lists that don't.
